Stu’s Web Wednesday: Nothing’s Going to Stop Me Now: The Perfect Strangers Video Game

I know it's a late entry, seeing it literally just came to my attention 10 minutes ago, but just the concept make me legit laugh out loud, and it's been re-tweeted on my feed by at least 15 different people I follow, so I must post. I know sometimes your world looks perfect, nothing to rearrange. Sometimes you get a feeling, like you need some kind of change. Maybe you, deep in your heart, feel "Gee, I wish I was Bronson Pinchot". Don't lie to me, I know you do. Well, now you can chase your dreams as Balki Bartokomous in the Perfect Strangers flash game. Yeah, sure, so it's a complete rip off of Temple Run, but can you be Balki flying through the air, standing tall on the wings of your dreams in Temple Run? I think not! So be bound for better days, and play this game  now. I swear to you, the theme WILL get stuck in your head. It may even sneak into things you write...

Stu’s Web Wednesday – PushingUpRoses

As evident by browser histories, I spend a lot of time on the Internet. A LOT of time. Like it's my primary mode of entertainment at this point. No, not that kind of entertainment...mostly.

Nah, primarily I tend to watch a lot of shows that are made exclusively for the online market. Of course I watch stuff from the big boys/originators like Revision3 or TWiT, but the ones I tend to come back to, promote, and mention are the more, shall I say, independent of the content creators. With this world of the Interwebs, anyone with a camera set-up, some good writing and the ability to capture and edit can create a show and garner an audience. We've tried it.
